Purpose of Be Unique
Be Unique helps our internal team run SHEIN-related shop operations in one place: create and update orders, organize customers, record payments, and keep shipment status clear from “in transit” to delivered.
When staff connect a Gmail inbox (optional), Be Unique may read SHEIN “order has been shipped” messages only — to extract order and tracking numbers and attach them to matching orders in the app. We do not sell this product to the public; access is limited to authorized staff accounts.
- Manage multi-customer orders, notes, and warehouse labels
- Track shipment progress and delivery queues
- Optionally sync tracking from SHEIN shipping emails via Gmail
- Keep customer registry and debt records for the shop team
